I know I’m sick, in fact, I need counseling. I’m obsessed with checking my scheduled recordings. Now I can check them and schedule more recordings from my phone. While on the bus a few days ago, I panicked because I couldn’t remember if I was recording Chuck that night. With my trusty CrackBerry, I checked and yes, I forgot to schedule it. In less than a minute, all was right in the world. I even received a confirmation via email. Oh TiVo, I do love you.
I’m tempted to not leave the house. You can order Dominos through TiVo. Seriously, you can pause a program, order a pizza, and then go back to your program. The service is free and works for pick-up or delivery. The downside is, you have to pay by cash for delivery. That would mean, you guessed it, leaving the house to go to an ATM. Still, I’m tempted…
It’s a blessing and a curse that I have a series 2 TiVo, because I would never leave the house. The two most glorious creations since the release of the dvd have merged. I am seriously contemplating the upgrade to TiVo HD XL just so I can get my Netflix on. But then again, I could wait for DirecTV to drop their TiVo. *drools*
